Joseph A. Bressi – Owner and Broker of Record

Joseph A. Bressi G.R.I. is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania and brings twenty-four years of experience to this new venture.   Bressi has also earned a Pennsylvania’s Certified Residential Appraiser license and a Broker/Appraiser license.  Before concentrating on the real estate field, Mr. Bressi taught in the Shamokin Area School District and holds a master degree in education.

Bressi & Martin Real Estate Inc. has offices in Shamokin, Elysburg and Mt. Carmel, PA.  The agency’s office provides full time real estate services in Northumberland, Montour, Columbia, Union, Snyder and Schuylkill Counties.  Along with the real estate and appraisal services, Bressi & Martin also has a property management department that will manage rental buildings for our clients.

Raymond J. Moncavage – Auctioneer of Record

Ray Moncavage holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Northwest Missouri University, now named Truman University.  He has studied Real Estate Practices at Penn State University and Auctioneering at Harrisburg Area Community College.

He has been licensed and bonded by the state of Pennsylvania since 1985 and is a member of the Northeast Chapter of PA Auctioneer’s Association,  the PA Auctioneer’s Association and the National Auctioneer’s Association.   Ray many years of experience in auctioning both real estate and personal property has earned him a dominant and impeccable reputation in this field.
